based on care levels per month:

1 Basic: $239.00-1 hour to 14.99 hours of care
Level 2: Intermediate $478.00-15 hours to 28.99 hours of care
Level 3: Intermediate 2: $716.00-29 hours to 42.99 hours of care
Level 4: Advanced: $955.00-43 hours to 60 hours of care
Personal Care available in 1/4 hour increments at $15.80 per hour.

maintenance and upkeep of apartment is included in monthly fee.
Additional personal maintenance fees charged at $15.80 per hour
in 1/4 hour increments as requested.

Tenants
may utilize the facility beauticians if requested at the following
fees:
Barber:
Haircuts $10.00 (Barber comes in every 5-6 weeks)
Beautician: Haircuts $10.00 Perms $30.00 Color $18.00
Personal Beauticians can be arranged to visit and facility beauty
shops are reserved by management as requested.
