Levels based on care levels per month:

Level 1 Basic: $260.80-1 hour to 14.99 hours of care
Level 2: Intermediate $521.70-15 hours to 28.99 hours of care
Level 3: Intermediate 2: $782.54-29 hours to 42.99 hours of care
Level 4: Advanced: $1043.40-43 hours to 60 hours of care
Personal Care available in 1/4 hour increments at $17.30 per hour

2nd Person in Apartment Fee: $327.50 monthly rate

General maintenance and upkeep of apartment is included in monthly fee. Additional personal maintenance fees charged at $17.30 per hour in 1/4 hour increments as requested.
